Results-driven, tenacious education/training and business development professional, with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to grow business internationally in oil and gas, pipelines and corrosion industries. Over 25 years’ experience in global training, project management, accounting and auditing. Built and/or managed five training teams from inception for various organizations, supporting a multitude of educational products.
Currently, Senior Manager, Education Business Development of NACE International, responsible for researching and pursuing new business development educational opportunities, serving multiple industries and market segments. Also, responsible for the review and compliance of IACET requirements for the organization.
Previously worked for ASME as Sr. Education Manager for 7 years. Specific industry experience includes: oil and gas, pipelines, corrosion, ocean, offshore, automotive, waste management, information technology, and manufacturing.
Dustin Young MBA, PCI, CCI
SSPC- Product Development Manager
Dustin Young is the Product Development Manager of SSPC: The Society for Protective Coatings. Dustin graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in 2010, with a Bachelors in Biology and a Minor of Chemistry. He finished his Masters of Business Administration from CALU in 2017. Dustin joined SSPC in May of 2017 from Impact Guard, LLC (FRP/Composite Manufacturer), where he was the Quality Manager. Dustin has held a variety of positions in the coatings and linings industry. He previously held a Technical Service position at PPG, where he provided technical assistance with both industrial and architectural coatings. Dustin has also served as a quality control/laboratory technician for Ferro Corp, a glass coatings manufacturer. Dustin holds multiple certifications from SSPC that include Concrete Coatings Inspector (CCI) and Protective Coatings Inspector (PCI). He is a member and participant of multiple committee organizations that include SSPC, NACE, ACI, and ICRI.

As a Lifetime member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), Tony brings unrivaled experience to this key element in municipal distribution systems. He participates in several AWWA concrete and steel standards-writing committees and is a Contributing Author of the Handbook on Potable Water Tanks and the M42 Water Storage Tanks Manual.
Tony is a 30-year member of NACE International and a Certified Coating Inspector (#3066), a 30-year member of the SSPC and a Certified Protective Coatings Specialist (#201-106-0359), a Certified Concrete Inspector (#35619), and an SSPC C1 Fundamentals of Protective Coatings and C-2 Planning and Specifying Industrial Coating Projects instructor. Tony is a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) and an instructor for the Steel Tank Institute.
After serving in the US Army, Europe, Tony began his career with the world’s leading coatings company in 1976 and spent his career in various locations providing project specifications and technical resource assistance to facility owners and professional engineers.
Throughout his career, Tony Ippoliti has protected concrete and steel infrastructure from erosion, corrosion and premature failure in the US, Canada, Europe, and China.
He is listed in Marquis Who’s Who in America in Science and Engineering and Who’s Who in the Midwest.
Russ Bachman –
Senior Inspector/Project Manager KTA
Russ Bachman is a Senior Inspector/Project Manager for projects throughout the State of New York and the surrounding areas. He has been employed with KTA for over 11 years. Russ is a NACE Certified Coatings Inspector Level 3 (Peer Review), an SSPC Bridge Coating Inspector (BCI) Level 1, an ASTM D4537 Level II Inspector ,and an SSPC C-3 Supervisor/Competent Person for Deleading of Industrial Structures with over 25 years of experience in the coatings and construction industries. Prior to his current assignment, he provided project management and inspection services on a project involving various bridges for the New York State DOT and the New York State Thruway Authority. Russ is an active member of several coatings-related organizations, such as SSPC, NACE, and ASTM and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York.

I am the independent representative of Tnemec Coatings in western and central NY, a coatings manufacturer whose principal market in our region is protective water and waste coatings. I have a BS in Advertising from Syracuse University. I graduated on May 30, 2012 from Syracuse University. I am NACE Level 1 certified. I have worked with local contractors and engineers for around two years in this area assisting them in such projects since the retirement of the previous Tnemec rep, Carl Bye.
Project Development Manger- Sherwin Williams
Tim Bauman has been involved in the coatings world for nearly 30 years. Tim has worked for THE GLIDDEN COMPANY (15 years); PITTSBURG PAINTS (3 years); and THE CARBOLIE COMPANY (8 years).
Tim is a NACE Certified Inspector #7027 and a SSPC Protective Coatings Specialist #246-320-0915. Tim has also taught the NACE International CIP Level 1 Course. Tim began his paint career as a professional painter (8 years) in the late 1970's & early 1980's.
Tim has earned a Bachelors degree in Communications in May 1984 with a concentration in Business from John Carroll University (Cleveland, OH) and a MBA from the University of Indianapolis in May 2004.
Tim is currently a Project Development Manager for Sherwin Williams whose headquarters are in Cleveland, Ohio. Tim is located in Warrendale PA at Sherwin Williams district Headquarters and covers the states of Pennsylvania, New York & West Virginia.
Tim is married, has two girls & enjoys music, motorcycles & working for Sherwin Williams.
